The submarine oil transfer hose with floating body rings is designed for offshore oil transportation. It features a smooth NBR inner liner, durable synthetic rubber cover, and PE foam flotation, with a 15-19 bar working pressure.

Inner Liner/Tube: Smooth, oil and fuel-resistant, pure seamless and extruded acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR); secure lining
Cover: Smooth black synthetic rubber, wear-resistant, oil, seawater, and sunlight-resistant
Fittings: Built-in terminal connections during manufacturing. ASME B 16.5 150lb or 300lb welded neck flat or raised face upon request
Testing: All tests conducted as per GMPHOM 2009 and specific customer requirements
Standards & Specifications: Designed and produced in full compliance with OCIMF standards and ISO 9000 certification
Rated Working Pressure: Minimum 15 bar. Optional 19 bar or 21 bar hoses are available, operating within internal pressure from -0.85 bar to RWP
Flow Rate: Liner made from elastomers and fabric, suitable for continuous operation at 21 m/s flow speed
Applications: Suitable for use with crude oil and liquid petroleum products, ranging from -20°C to 82°C, with aromatic hydrocarbon content not exceeding 50% by volume
Electrical Continuity: Copper wire and spiral steel wire provide low-resistance connection
