Applications: Special large-diameter hose designed for cooling water delivery to furnace doors in steel plants, glass factories, or foundries. It ensures high cooling efficiency and extended service life, suitable for high-temperature environments with molten metal or glass splatter.
Inner Layer: Black EPDM synthetic rubber
Reinforcement Layer: High-tensile fiber winding with an insulating spiral PP core or spiral steel wire
Outer Layer: Black flame-retardant, fire-resistant NBR & PVC blended rubber with insulation layer and stainless steel armor
Temperature Range: -40℃ to +100℃ (-40℉ to +212℉); withstands external radiation temperatures up to 540℃ (1004℉)
