Application: The One-End Reinforced Semi-Floating Oil Hose is designed for transporting crude oil and liquid petroleum products between offshore mooring systems and tankers.
Safety Liner: Specially structured to prevent defects or damage caused by accidental tears or surface damage to the main liner.
Reinforcement Material: Multiple layers of high-strength textile cords and an embedded spiral main body steel wire with smooth, oil-resistant black synthetic rubber.
Main Body Liner/Inner Tube: Seamless, smooth, fuel, and oil-resistant nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR).
Floating Material (Single/Double Body): Closed-cell foam.
Outer Cover: Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater, and sunlight, with an orange spiral stripe.
Fittings: Built-in terminal connections during manufacturing, with ASME B 16.5 150 lbs or 300 lbs welded neck flat or raised face flanges available upon request.
Testing: All tests are conducted in accordance with GMPHOM 2009 and customer specifications.
